While based on the Tennessee Highland Rim, just north of Nashville, Polkawagen is gradually becoming one of Georgia's top visiting polka bands performing Bavarian, German, Bohemian, Czech, Polish, Slovenian, and USA polkas, waltzes, folk music, and popular novelty tunes for Oktoberfests, private parties, and corporate events throughout the state's major cities such as Atlanta and Columbia, in addition to large Georgia towns and small communities like Alpharetta, Athens, Clayton, Columbus, Dalton, Douglasville, Gainesville, Helen, Johns Creek, LaGrange, Lawrenceville, Marietta, Newnan, Rome, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Valdosta.

As a premier polka band in the Southeast region of the USA, Polkawagen travels to perform for numerous German-themed private parties, corporate events, and Christkindlmarkts, plus Oktoberfest, Maifest, GermanFest, Volksfest, and Wurstfest celebrations throughout Georgia.
